The DynamX Trainee Programme is a meticulously designed, highly competitive 24-month program that aims to nurture and develop graduates. Its primary objective is to enhance technical capabilities in alignment with their career aspirations and provide exposure to a dynamic corporate environment. Eligibility for the SAB DynamX Trainee Programme

To be considered for this program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  1. Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in disciplines such as Finance, People (Psychology or HR-related degrees), Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Logistics.
  2. Have no more than 2 years of total full-time formal working experience by the program start date. Internships, vacation work, and short-duration contracts are not counted towards this limit.
  3. Possess a completed bachelor’s degree achieved within the specified timeframe from a recognized tertiary institution.
  4. Have legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country.
  5. Be geographically mobile within South Africa.
  6. Be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and be adaptable to new systems quickly.
