Eligibility for the Old Mutual Insure Learnership Programme

To be eligible for the Old Mutual Insure Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:

South African Citizenship: Applicants must be South African citizens.
Unemployment: Candidates must be currently unemployed.
Age Requirement: Applicants should be between the ages of 18 and 34.
Matric Certificate: Possession of a Matric Certificate with Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy and proficiency in two languages is required.
Post-Matric Qualification (Advantageous): While not mandatory, having a post-Matric qualification will be advantageous for applicants.

Learnership Participation: Applicants must not have participated in or be registered for a Learnership through INSETA.

Intention to Study: Candidates must not be studying or intend to study in 2023.
Work Experience: Applicants should not have more than one year of work experience.
Credit and Criminal Record: Candidates must have a clear credit and criminal record.
