The Cederberg Municipality Bursary Application 2022 is calling on students within the Cederberg Municipality. The Cederberg Local Municipality governs an area of the Western Cape province of South Africa, from the Cederberg mountains through the Olifants River to the Atlantic coast.
The Cederberg region is known for the following:

ABOUT THE CEDERBERG MUNICIPALITY BURSARY APPLICATION 2022 – FIELDS COVERED
The Cederberg Municipality is inviting students to apply for the bursary funding for the 2022 academic year. Only students residing within the Cederberg Municipal area are eligible to apply.
Bursaries will be awarded for studies within financial fields (Degree or Diploma), at:
- Undergraduate level
- Postgraduate level.
THE CEDERBERG MUNICIPALITY BURSARY APPLICATION 2022 – COVERAGE VALUE & SELECTION
The Cederberg Municipality Bursary Application 2022 covers only:
- The cost of full university tuition fees
- Textbooks.
The bursary will be awarded for 1 year of study and students are required to re-apply for funding each year.
After graduation, bursary recipients will be required to complete a 1-year internship within the Municipality.
Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be reached out to within 30 days of the closing date (by no later than 28 February 2022). Failure to receive any feedback by this date, please regard your application as unsuccessful.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CEDERBERG MUNICIPALITY BURSARY APPLICATION 2022
Applicants before applying for this bursary must meet the following minimum entry criteria.
Kindly note that failure to meet all the requirements stated below will lead to your application not being considered:
- Applicants must reside within the Cederberg Municipal area
- Applicants must have completed Matric
- Applicants must have been studying or intend on studying full-time, towards a qualification within the financial field (Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree or Diploma)
- Applicants must have registered or been accepted to study at a recognized South African tertiary institution
- Applicants must meet the entry requirements of the academic institution

- Compulsorily along with your completed form, submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation. Any missing item will lead to your application being disqualified:

- Proof of provisional acceptance to study at a tertiary institution (on institutions letterhead)

- Parents or guardians ID documents (certified copies)
- Parents or guardians proof of income (latest payslips if employed, affidavit if unemployed)
