Application is now open to international students that want to apply for the International Award in the 2022/2023 academic session. This award is opened by The New School for all international students to study in the USA.
The New School is inviting all outstanding international students to apply for the 2022/2023 award. This award is put in place by The New School for tertiary institution students to bolster capacity, expertise and work opportunities in different sectors.
This grant is for undergraduate students in the eligible field of study. New School believes in investing in the youth through quality education and access to a good education should be for all and not based on wealth.
They believe youth have opportunities to learn the knowledge and skills they need to participate in the economy, advance in their careers, and improve the world for all people.
They seek students who will be meeting the entrance standards and other eligibility conditions of the hosting colleges listed below to participate in the International Awards.

All students from all undergraduate programmes can apply for the grant.
Candidate RequirementsÂ
Below are required from applicants:
- Open to all domestic and international students.
- Applicants with good academic merit and/or artistic ability.
- Submit standardized test scores.
- The SAT I or ACT exam must be taken after completing high school, and applicants must submit official score reports.
- Students must be proficient in the English language.

CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS
The closing date for the New School grants is the 1st of November, 2022. No application submitted later will be accepted.
