As a rapidly expanding multi-brand restaurant franchisor, Spur Corporation is providing a 12-month Operations Cadets Learnership program in Century City, Cape Town. This program offers practical experience across all Spur brands, as well as theoretical knowledge in a generic management qualification (NQF 5) to individuals seeking a career in the restaurant industry. The deadline for applications is May 9, 2023.

Eligibility for the Spur Operations Cadets Learnership
To be eligible for the Operations Cadets Learnership, you must:
- Have a Grade 12/Matric qualification
- Possess a qualification in Operations Management and/or Hospitality Management (advantageous)
- Hold a Code 8 driver’s license (essential)
- Be between the ages of 18-30
- Have in-store operator and/or existing area management experience
- Have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant senior management or elsewhere in the restaurant industry (preferable)
- Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate a strong sense of self-discipline and time management
- Be willing and able to travel extensively
- Have an excellent work ethic and communication skills
