KELE Mining Bursary 2022/2023 is a bursary programme awarded by KELE Mining. KELE Mining, established in 2007 was a mining consulting company. Meanwhile, in 2014, they converted to contract to mine and now provide niche contract mining services. They also use proprietary mining technology to improve mining safety and productivity.
KELE Group Holdings (KGH) provides end-to-end services to popular gigantic Mining firms, such as:

ABOUT THE KELE BURSARY PROGRAMME – FIELDS COVERED
For the 2022 academic year, KELE Mining Solutions is inviting students to apply for bursary funding.
Bursaries will be made available in ALL FIELDS of study, at any University, University of Technology or Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) College.
The KELE Bursary is made possible by the companies Local Community Development initiatives and Social commitment to the community in which they operate.
MORE ABOUT THE KELE BURSARY PROGRAMME – COVERAGE VALUE & SELECTION
The Kele Mining Bursary 2022/2023 will provide cover for the following expenses (based on the student’s financial need):
- Registration fees
- Tuition fees
- Prescribed books
- Toolkits (where applicable)
- Meals
- Accommodation

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THE KELE BURSARY
Applicants before applying for the Kele mining bursary 2022/2023 must meet the following minimum entry criteria.
P.S: Kindly note, failure to meet these requirements will lead to your application not being considered.
- Applicants must currently be studying or intend on studying toward a formal qualification or trade, in ANY field.
- Applicants must be studying or registered to study at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution: University, University of Technology or Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) College.
- Applicants must have a strong academic record.
- Applicants must have passed a minimum of 60% of your course modules/ subjects.
- Applicants must be in financial need.
- Preference will be given to children of KELE Mining Solutions employees, as well as students from the areas in which the company operates (Northern Cape).

To apply for Kele mining bursary 2022/2023, applicants must submit clear copies of the following supporting documentation.
P.S: Compulsorily, applicants must submit all these documents. Also, any missing item will automatically disqualify your application.
- ID document (certified copy)
- Most recent academic record/ results (certified copy)
- Proof of registration with the educational institution (on institutions letterhead)
- Parents or guardians proof of income (latest payslips if employed, affidavit if unemployed, proof of pension or grant if applicable)
- Proof of residence
- Curriculum Vitae
