You can apply for admission into Helderberg College using their online application and offline application form;
Helderberg College, HCHE Online Application
To apply online you will have to complete the online application form and upload all the supporting documents on the application page to be eligible for admission.
You will have to pay a non-refundable application fee for your application to complete. It is important you input your correct email while filling the form because you will be notified of your application status via email.
Helderberg College, HCHE Offline Application
To apply manually, you will have to download the offline application form and then fill it completely and attach all the supporting documents. You can also visit the college campus to collect the application form. You will be notified by mail of your application status.
Upload Supporting Documents
Make sure you upload all your supporting documents to be considered for admission. The college will only consider those that submitted all their application form before the closing date.
Required Documents
All prospective South African and International students are required to send:
- Copy of your Identity Document (South African students), or copy of your passport (International students).
- A colored photograph of yourself
- Copy of High School or School Leaving certificate. If you are still in your final year, include your latest examination results. Provide certified English translations if needed.
- Medical Aid card for South African Citizens or valid medical insurance, with cover letter for hospital and doctor fees.
- Copy of your Proof of Payment for the Application Fee. (R250)

BA Theology students should include the followings

- Letter of recommendation from the church board
