Cornell University is providing financial support for African students to pursue their education without associated teaching or research responsibilities (as they are in a teaching or research assistantship).
The fellowship program will take care of the student full tuition fees, stipend for nine-month and health insurance. The programme might also give students a summer stipend.

The beneficiary of this fund will be entitled to the following; a nine-month stipend, full tuition, and Cornell individual student health insurance.

Applicants of this bursary must meet the programme admission requirements to be qualified for the scholarship. The requirements are below;
- Applicants must have completed their undergraduate and masters degree program
- Applicants must be proficient in English Language
