Note: Applicants of WSU are advised to apply as early as possible in the institution application cycle.  Applications will close on 28 September for students applying for Health Sciences and at the end of October for those applying to other courses.

Application Fees for WSU

Applicants that submit their application form before 29th of September are going to pay a non-refundable fee of R100. Those that submit before 31st of October are to pay an application fee of R200 and those that submit late will pay a late application fee of R300.

While paying for the application fee, use your application form number as the reference number.

Submitting of Results and Documents

Applicants are to make sure they submit a certified copy of their documents together with the application form. You must submit your latest Grade 12 results or matric certificate for your application to be processed.

All transferring student should make sure that all transcripts and academic records are submitted early to the campus they are applying to. Those that have completed a qualification after matric, must attach the documents to the application form.  If you also wish to apply for an exemption from the course/module, you will need to contact the faculty office for an application form.
