To apply for Stellenbosch Graduate Institute Admission you need a matric certificate or matric equivalent with communication, literacy and mathematics skills at NQF Level 4.

Students that have done a module equivalent to one of the institution programmes can apply for an exemption from such module.

• Your Grade 11 marks will be required for your admission application. Matric June marks are considered by some universities.
• Applicants whose family income falls below a certain level are qualified for financial aid. Such applicants must provide their parent or guardian’s payslip and obtain a separate form.
• Those in Matric are required to provide their school marks and school activities details. If you took a gap year they’ll need travelling or working details.
• Applicants are required to pay the application fee through EFT or bank payment and provide proof of payment.
• Sign a declaration form and fill in your details correctly. Your parent/ guardian need to sign also.
• Provide an NBT Test with three years validity.

If your application is successful, the Institution will inform you through mail or formal letter. It is very important for you to fill your application form correctly before submitting it and attach a certified copy of the required documents.
