RAM Learnership is now available for those that are interested. The RAM Hand-To-Hand Courier is now offering a learnership that will last for 12-month. The candidates that are selected will serve as drivers for RAM and sign Learnership and a fixed-term employment contract. All candidate will be given a learnership allowance for the 12-months and receive an NQF-3 in Professional Driving after completion.

ABOUT RAM
The RAM Hand-to-Hand Couriers were established in 1988 by Chairman, Nathan Lazarus. The company is one of the top courier services in South Africa as of today with more than 1500 delivery vehicles that are transporting goods around the country to customers. RAM has over 3000 staffs working for them delivering goods safely and efficiently.
RAM courier is responsible for helping their client from different sectors like Cosmetics, Mobile Telephones, Information Technology, Telecommunications and Pharmaceutical industries to deliver goods to their customer. RAM is not working towards satisfying their clientele alone but also to make sure that their staffs are well taken care of by helping them to improve their skills through frequent training and encouraging rewards programmes.
RAM does not have any third party sub-contract delivery involvement unlike many South Africa courier company and it is a major contributor to NPO’s and charities such as old age homes, children’s funds, religious organisations and disability charities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY:
These are the requirements candidates must meet before they can be awarded this learnership. Failure to meet these requirements, the candidate will not be accepted:
- Be a South African citizen
- Be between 18 and 29 years old
- Candidate must have completed Matric or Equivalent
- Must have a valid Code 10 or 14 drivers licence
- Candidate must not have a criminal record
- Must NOT currently be employed/ studying or currently partaking in any other bursary opportunity
- Have a good health status
- Must be eager to work through both theoretical and practical components
- Excellent driving skills
- Must be numerically orientated
- Good communication skills are essential
