1. Facilitator
Learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to train people and to transfer and share your own knowledge and skills to others in a variety of ways.
2. Master Facilitator
You will be trained to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to facilitate learning events in all areas where learning, coaching or the facilitation of information is required, including adult-based and formal learning programmes as well as customised presentation workshops and events where awareness in educating a certain topic is required.
3. Assessor
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to assess people for their achievement of learning outcomes utilising specified criteria. After successful completion, you can apply with the relevant SETA/Regulatory Body to become a registered constituent assessor in your current occupation or in a field in which you are a Subject Matter Expert.
4. Master Assessor
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills being able to design, to develop and to conduct assessments to test/assess on-the-job competencies and learning programme outcomes, ultimately qualified as a Master Assessor.
5. Moderator
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to apply quality assurance practices and principles to assessment processes and ensure compliance with compulsory standards, policies and regulations are met.
6. Mentor
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to advise and support learners relating to understanding the content, structure, admission requirements, exit level outcomes, learning contracts and approaches to learning and assessment of a learning programme, career progression options within an occupation, typical learning or personal difficulties and applying the skills and techniques required of a mentor.
7. Assessment Designer
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to design and create assessment instruments to be utilised as an assessment tool for various learning programmes, on-the-job and technical assessments.
8. Coach
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to work close to the side of individual learners/employees to help them improve their skills in a defined area of application or job task to enhance the learner/employee’s performance.
9. Learning Programme Designer
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to be able to design and create learning programmes (structure and content) for a learning programme or specifically identified learning need.
10. Skills Development Facilitator – SDF
You will learn the required skills and knowledge prescribed by the Department of Labour of South Africa to function as a registered SDF, conducting Workplace Skills Plans (WSP’s), Annual Training Reports (ATR’s), coordinate training interventions, analyse the outcomes of a learning event, develop an organisational training and development plan, advise on the implementation of a Quality Management System and advise organisations and individuals on challenges in skills development
11. Team Building
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to build effective and productive teams, simultaneously ensuring your team
performs to set goals and objectives.
12. Empower Team Members
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to empower your team by learning how to recognise their strengths, performance and encourage their participation in decision making, delegating tasks effectively amongst them.
13. Problem Solving Techniques
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to apply problem-solving techniques in any scenario and provide a proposed solution.
14. Training Quality Assurance Management
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to enhance current Quality Management Systems (QMS) of skills development providers and practices as well as learn how to design and implement new QMS’s for skills development providers and practices.
15. Small Project Management
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to work as a leader in the context of a small project/sub-project involving few
resources and having a limited impact on stakeholders and the environment. This programme will also add value to individuals who are running their own businesses and recognise that project management forms an integral component of any business.
16. Small Project Management Fundamentals
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to apply efficient Project Management Principles to ensure successful project execution and delivery, simultaneously ensuring your team performs optimally.
17. Developmental Project Management
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to be successfully involved in project management teams or in building small project management teams. These projects may include technical projects, business projects or developmental projects and will cut across a wide range of sectors.

18. Conflict Management
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to apply conflict management strategies in the workplace to enhance the effectiveness and productivity of co-workers through understanding, mediation and harmony, ultimately becoming a great Conflict Manager in your full capacity.
19. First Line Leadership
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to help your team set better goals and objectives, help them recognise their strengths by encouraging participation in better decision making, manage conflict and lead them to deliver best-set project deliverables or task objectives.
20. Evidence Collection Facilitator
You will learn to develop and attain the necessary knowledge and skills to assist candidates to prepare for their assessments. This includes gathering, evaluating and giving feedback to candidates on their evidence for assessment in relation to specific assessment criteria.
