How to Apply for HMM Community Bursary 2023/2024

HMM Community Bursary

All South Africans may now apply for the HMM Community Bursary for the school year 2023–2024 through South 32.

All deserving students are invited to submit an application for the 2023–2024 bursary by the South 32. A tertiary bursary fund has been established by The South 32 to increase capacity, knowledge, and employment possibilities in the finance industry. It is geared toward undergraduate tertiary students. An HMM Community Bursary Fund has been established by South 32 with the following fields in mind:

HMM COMMUNITY BURSARY APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY 

The eligible course is: 

  • Mining Engineering 

Candidate Requirements 

  • You must belong to the neighborhood and live in the John Taolo Gaetsewe District Municipality.
  • You must be able to or want to pursue post-secondary education.
  • Students enrolled in a registered tertiary institution (Higher Education and Training Institution) or an accredited college who are pursuing a Diploma, Degree, or National Certificate in any discipline.
  • Students that are registered for a year-long course
  • Students must be in their last year of study at a HET and must be currently enrolled in a program leading to a diploma or degree.
  • The Mining Charter and Employment Equity Act’s goals will be taken into account while making the final decision.

HOW TO APPLY FOR HMM COMMUNITY BURSARY 

The application form must be submitted online through the address below: 

Kindly attach the following documents: 

  • Valid South African ID
  • Copy of the Matric certificate
  • Academic record/results
  • Brief CV
  • Proof of Registration of HET
  • Proof of residence (copy of municipal water & lights, or a letter from a Council member or Chief), confirming that you are a resident of the JTG District

CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS 

All applicants are expected to have submitted their application on or before the 3rd of February 2023. Late applications will not be considered.
