Imfundo Enhle Education Trust is now accepting applications for the ABB Education Trust Bursary for the academic year 2022/2023, which is available to all South Africans.
The ABB Education Trust cordially welcomes all deserving students to apply for the Bursary in 2022/2023. It is intended for students who plan to or are currently enrolled in a degree or diploma program that are aligned with the following.
ABB EDUCATION TRUST BURSARY APPLICATION ELIGIBILITY
Below are the eligibility criteria for the ABB Education Trust Bursary 2022/2023:
- Only black female South African nationals are eligible to apply (Black as defined in the BroadBased Black Economic Empowerment Act 2013, is a generic term which means African, Coloured and Indian)
- Black female students with disabilities are encouraged to apply
- Applicants must have completed their 1st year of study with a minimum 60% pass aggregate to be eligible
- Students must be financially deserving with proven academic credentials
- The trust fund will not fund repeat course
Eligible fields of study:
Students with the following qualifications will be given priority.:
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
- Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in the following fields:
- Management sciences / Finance / Accounting
- Environment, health and safety or Quality assurance
- Human resources
- Information technology
- Supply chain management
HOW TO APPLY FOR ABB EDUCATION TRUST BURSARY
- Complete the form and email completed forms to: [email protected] by 12h00 on Friday 30th May 2022 with your full academic record and copy of the South African identity card.
- The personal information you submit with or as part of your application will be processed in accordance with the ABB Education Trust Privacy Statement. The trustees can provide the ABB Education Trust Privacy Statement upon request by sending an email to: [email protected]
- The Trust has a legitimate interest in processing personal information to carry out its mandate, subject to applicable legislation.
CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS
Applicants are to submit the completed application form and required documents on or before 30th May 2022. Late applications will not be considered.
