The Saab Grintek Defence is providing funds for South Africans who are innovative. Saab bursary aim is to meet the global challenges through defence solutions.
The Saab bursary will provide funds for students in the below field of study;
- Electronic Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Other fields of study
The SAAB bursary will take care of student tuition fees, prescribed books, mal, accommodation and laptop allowance. Successful candidates will be contacted, if you did not receive any message your application is not successful.
Saab Bursary Eligibility
The bursary has put some eligibility criteria in place to choose successful applicants. Before an applicant can be considered, the applicant must meet all the eligibility requirements.
The Saab Bursary requires applicants to be studying towards a degree in any of the above fields of study. Also, applicants must not be a beneficiary of any other bursary at the time of application. Applicants must also be a South African citizen and studying or intend to study at a recognised South African institution.
How To Apply
To apply for the SAAB bursary, applicants are to submit the following documents to the bursary mail below. There is no application form for this bursary.
- A CV
- Certified identity document
- Applicant latest academic record
- Matric results for those who completed matric
- A copy of grade 11 results for those who are currently doing matric
