Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the mobilization of the Sector Wide Training participants working with the consultants under the guidance of the In-Country SWT staff.
- Carry out tracking of SWT participants from previous and future SWTake follow up calls to all the Sector Wide Training participants to confirm attendance and registration fee payment
- Maintain a comprehensive database of all the participants and the consultants as per the required standards
- Ensure the reconciliation of the registration fees payment with the Finance
- Disburse and follow-up the participants for pre-work before the Sector Wide Training and the post assessment
- Support all the Sector Wide Training venue logistics during the trainings
- Ensure all materials are printed and available in good time.
- Support online data collection of the Training participants training
- Manage all the SWT reporting and follow up activities
- Support data collection and analysis.
