Additionally, the incumbent will monitor fund utilization and progress reporting and capacity building.

Qualification & Experience:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration or equivalent or any other comparable recognised professional qualification.
- At least 1 year of progressive experience in financial management with a strong basis in Budgetary /Financial Control preferably in an international organization
- Experience working in a developing country is considered as an asset.
- Relevant experience in a UN system agency or organization is considered as an asset.
